Is your office accepting new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages. Whether you're new to Lodi or just looking for a new dentist, we'd love to meet you.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we provide general dental care for children and teens. Our team is great at making kids feel comfortable and safe during their visits.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, most PPO insurance plans, and offer third-party financing through CareCredit® and Sunbit®. We also have an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance.
Is your office open for dental emergencies?
Yes, we leave time each day for emergency visits. If you're experiencing pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, call us right away at (209) 369-3617 and we'll do our best to see you the same day.
Do you offer dental implants or cosmetic treatments?
Yes, we provide a range of services including dental implants, crowns, veneers, teeth whitening, and more - all customized to your smile and goals.
What's included in a regular dental checkup?
A typical checkup includes a cleaning, a full exam by Dr. Cheung, and X-rays if needed. We'll check your teeth, gums, and bite to make sure everything looks healthy.
Can you help with TMJ pain or jaw issues?
Yes, we offer TMJ screenings and custom night guards that can help relieve jaw pain, teeth grinding, and other symptoms of TMJ disorder.
What if I'm nervous about going to the dentist?
You're not alone. Our team is experienced with anxious patients and will walk you through everything step-by-step. We'll never rush you and always take time to make you feel at ease.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes! We accept most PPO dental insurance plans including Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Guardian, and Aetna. We'll help you understand your coverage. If you don't have insurance, we offer a membership plan and flexible payment options.
Do I really need to go to the dentist every 6 months?
Yes. Regular checkups every 6 months help catch small issues early - before they become big (and expensive) problems. It also keeps your teeth cleaner and healthier long-term.
Do you offer second opinions?
Absolutely. We welcome second opinion visits, especially for fillings, crowns, or extractions. Dr. Cheung will explain your options clearly so you can make the best decision.
